New Zealand Craft beer is some of the best beer in the world and our top breweries are on par with some of the best. Part of this is due to the presence of both great hop growing regions in Nelson, and barley malt growing regions in Canterbury. The other is good ol' Kiwi ingenuity and passion for beer. With access to high quality ingredients, IPAs and other hoppy beers are dominant in the NZ craft beer market, but there are plenty of other styles to choose from to suit anyone's tastes.
