This Belgian inspired Sour Beer is a mix of 12 and 24 month old mixed ferment, oak barrel aged ales rested on freshly picked Feijoas from Ōakura Farms Orchard on Ahu Ahu Road, and then conditioned in bottle with fresh Brettanomyces Yeast. Store upright in the fridge for at least 24 hours before gently decanting.
