生產我們自己的苦艾酒的靈感來自於對澳大利亞的一次訪問，當時愛德華山受邀參加Rootstock（悉尼的一個前沿有機/天然葡萄酒展覽會），苦艾酒和以葡萄酒為基礎的烈酒正在流行。
它對我們來說是天作之合，因為苦艾酒是一種強化且富含植物成分的葡萄酒。葡萄酒越好，植物成分越本地，味道越好。
我們的苦艾酒以雷司令和白詩南為基礎。它是乾的，具有接骨木花的主要香氣和植物風味，直接從我們位於費爾頓路的家中花園採摘。它的酒譜較清淡，無論是風味或酒精含量都較低，只有 17%。
