Still waiting after 12 days.

Can't really give a review because after 12 days I'm still waiting for the package.

Courier tracking has a single entry for the pickup event and nothing else.

Thank you for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear your package is taking longer than expected to arrive. We were seeing delivery delays with all carriers throughout the country in the lead up to Christmas as the entire courier network was massively overloaded. To mitigate this we began offering an air freight option in November for people who needed their orders faster.

I'll follow up with the courier when they reopen to make sure there aren't any other issues with your delivery.

Farewell to a colleague - online purchase

My colleague loves, among others, Hazy Ales. As his farewell gift I decided to buy, online, a selection of beers from the Beer Library.
Online purchasing was a breeze with the ability to select products by style with current stock levels and quantity of purchase options in some cases.
I was emailed that the collection of my dozen or so beers was available after only a couple of hours. All were chilled when collected.
