Very drinkable and close in taste to some mainstream dark beers e.g. Speights Old Dark and Monteiths Black. Little bit flat but may be older stock.

This is a well made beer with a smooth and well integrated chocolate , coffee and caramel combination of flavours. Just the right amount of sweetness offset by the oaty and malty back flavours. Well worth trying.
Not being a Gin drinker I was pleasantly surprised with the taste, however the morning after I suffered. Probably should have stopped at halfway lol
