This barrel-aged pineapple sour blonde ale is a unique combination of three distinct sour blonde ales. Two of these ales have been aged for two years in French oak puncheons, while the third is a more recent batch, carefully blended to add a refreshing, youthful touch. Each ale was fermented using Site Fermentation Project's signature house-mixed culture, and after blending, the ale was re-fermented with fresh Queensland pineapple. On the palate, this ale offers a burst of tropical sweetness and notes reminiscent of wine, finishing with a delightful tart complexity.
I bought a pair of the tulip stemmed glasses and a selection of beers as a gift for my nephew's 21st birthday and he loved it! The service was great and would definitely use them again!
My colleague loves, among others, Hazy Ales. As his farewell gift I decided to buy, online, a selection of beers from the Beer Library.
Online purchasing was a breeze with the ability to select products by style with current stock levels and quantity of purchase options in some cases.
I was emailed that the collection of my dozen or so beers was available after only a couple of hours. All were chilled when collected.
All in all a great experience for online purchase and collection
