Curiosity Negroni Special
The botanical recipe is specifically designed to compliment the strong flavours of Campari and Vermouth in a Negroni. It is processed with "Double Juniper" (Juniper is both macerated and vapour infused) to add more intensity to the higher Juniper pine aroma and flavour notes. The spirit is then rested in new French oak barrels before bottling. The result is a deep golden straw colour and the development of sweet honey, toffee aromas and sweet oak flavours that round out the botanicals. Finally it is bottled at a high proof to deliver strength and body to the Negroni and other cocktails but also an exceptionally smooth spirit for a 55% ABV.
