Barrel Aged Gin

Showing 1 - 1 of 1 product
Gin isn't typically aged in oak barrels, but doing so can add yet another dimension to a classic dry gin. Rested in barrels for anywhere between a few weeks to a year or more, the gin picks up typical oak aged characteristics such as vanilla, spice, and the character of whatever was in the barrel before. These gins have a characteristic light gold colour and an incredible smoothness unique to this form of aging.
