Pink gin is a regular gin flavoured with fruits. It usually has no added sugar (apart from the fruit) and contains the same alcohol by volume as regular gins. However, red or pink fruits like strawberries, raspberries or red currents are added during the gin-making process. This is what gives the gin its beautiful pink colour. The fruits that have been added also produce deliciously sweet and fruity flavours.
