What is a cold IPA. What is this new thing tagged 'IPA'? All beer should be cold right...? We are not the first to do this style - Invented in the Pacific Northwest it is a re-invention of the West Coast IPA. This is our 2nd iteration of the style as the first was such a hit and we like this one more! Pouring a perfect clear pale yellow this IPA is fermented cold giving it a very light and dry body that makes this beer incredibly crisp and like the first brew it's still cleaner than a Singaporean bus station. Enhancing this crispiness is a smooth yet prominent, tongue-coating bitterness giving length to the West Coast style. At 6 percent we have dialled back the abv from the first brew and this time hopped it with Mosaic and Motueka giving a dank tropical aroma that jumps from the glass.
