A small batch of cider apples (Harry Masters Jersey, Sweet Alford, Yarlington Mill, Knotted Kernel) wild fermented with hand peeled feijoas from our small grove just above the orchard. The result is a smooth, medium dry cider overlain with subtle and yet distinct feijoa notes.
