Vanilla Sun is one of two IPAs using the same recipe, but with different final additions. One Vanilla, one Citrus. More than half a kilo of real vanilla beans were added at the end of fermentation for a gentle undercurrent of sweetness, complementing the crisp, golden IPA base. The combination of hops gives flavours of lime zest, grapefruit, and an array of tropical fruit.
