A beautifully balanced Chardonnay with minerality, richness and freshness to boot! Concentrated lemon-lime citrus on the palate, some biscuity/brioche tertiary complexity on the nose and a saline, mineral, lingering finish.
Terroir Project is a new project of single-vineyard wines showcasing unique terroirs from around New Zealand and Australia. The wines are incredible translations of vineyard site and soil, and for the technically minded among us, the back labels offer all of the following information on each wine too.
