Located at the centre of the golden triangle, rancho "La Loma" is a 25 acre hill, sloping gently from East to West.
The agave was planted in a North-South direction, receiving full sun exposure. It sits 2085 meters above sea level. At the time of harvest, the agave was fully amture, weighing 21 kg with an average sugar content of 31.2%
Nose: Green apples, tamarind, sweet citric, salty caramel and lots of cooked agave. Molasses notes and honey. Fresh green leaves like eucalyptus, mint and rosemary. Slightly smoky.
Palate: Green banana, sweet potato, mineral and earthy. Roasted corn. A Tequila with character that stays on the mouth for long, balanced and round finish.
