A New England IPA with a spin on it. We used a malt bill that creates a sunrise-ish orange hue and hops that bring citrus overtones, both reminiscent of the morning sunrise. The hops are incorporated to keep them soft and a new yeast was used to keep the "sweetness" and contribute to the soft hops experience.
