Brewed with Brettanomyces & lactobacillus along with generous portions of oats & rye, this sour beer was then conditioned with proprietary sol berries from Northland's Maungatapere Berries. From its huge, tropical raspberry nose to its soft, delicate citric & lactic sourness, the beer is clean & refreshing. Will age well, but equally drinkable now.
