To bring figment to fruition, we passionately craft a base of rich, pure single rum to be re-distilled using a highly unorthodox method of vapour infusion to capture the delightfully unique botanical flavours & aromatics.

A sophisticated and complex spirit with light citrus top notes, layered over distinctive herbal and spice. Underpinned with an earthy, warm base.
The richness of our hand crafted rum works in delightful tandem with the selected botanicals to create an unashamedly unique organoleptic experience. Plays well with tonic or any other mixers.

Farewell to a colleague - online purchase
My colleague loves, among others, Hazy Ales. As his farewell gift I decided to buy, online, a selection of beers from the Beer Library.
Online purchasing was a breeze with the ability to select products by style with current stock levels and quantity of purchase options in some cases.
I was emailed that the collection of my dozen or so beers was available after only a couple of hours. All were chilled when collected.
