A bundle for making the classic New Orleans cocktail, Sazerac, which is often considered the original cocktail (though at the time Coniac was more common than rye whisky).
Each pack contains:
1x 750ml bottle Sazerac Rye Whiskey
1x 500ml bottle Green Fairy Absinth
1x 148ml bottle Peychaud's Aromatic Cocktail Bitters
How to make a Sazerac Cocktail
Ingredients:
50ml Sazerac Rye Whisky
10ml Green Fairy absinthe
One sugar cube
Two dashes Peychaud's Bitters
Lemon peel garnish
Method:
Rinse a chilled old-fashioned glass with the absinthe, add crushed ice, and set it aside. Stir the remaining ingredients over ice and set it aside. Discard the ice and any excess absinthe from the prepared glass, and strain the drink into the glass. Add the lemon peel for garnish.
