Bottled at 90 proof, this hand selected small batch bourbon has a rich, caramel and vanilla taste and a uniquely smooth finish.

Garth's Suggestion:
This is a great bourbon for a Manhattan cocktail. The extra ABV means the bourbon doesn't get lost in the vermouth and the drink doesn't get too watered down by the ice. A garnish of citrus peel rather than the traditional maraschino cherries will keep it from being too sweet.
Garth's Manhattan
45ml Russell's Reserve
25ml Rosso Vermouth
Dash of Fee Brothers Old Fashioned Bitters
Dash of Fee Brothers Orange Bitters
Combine ingredients with ice in a shaker and stir with a spoon to chill. Pour into a chilled rocks glass and garnish with a twist of orange peel. In summer, a splash of soda water will liven it up.

Farewell to a colleague - online purchase
My colleague loves, among others, Hazy Ales. As his farewell gift I decided to buy, online, a selection of beers from the Beer Library.
Online purchasing was a breeze with the ability to select products by style with current stock levels and quantity of purchase options in some cases.
I was emailed that the collection of my dozen or so beers was available after only a couple of hours. All were chilled when collected.
