RoyalBurn Local Pilsner

One of the more exciting projects to come past our brew floor is the availability of a locally grown barley. Exciting as we could pair this with our locally grown hops and keep everything well - local. So naturally with all this great local produce we decided to make something...Italian. This style of a pilsner is very similar to an NZ pilsner but a little lighter and crisper with a heightened bitterness and less 'fruity' aromas. Perfect for showcasing the qualities of this new malt. Expect a crisp, thirst quenching beer with subtle grassy/herbaceous aromas.
