This is a sophisticated Mead designed to be equally enjoyable with food and friends or by ones self in quiet contemplation.
TASTING NOTE
Vibrant yellow hue. Fragrant aromas of feijoa, dandelion and sweet thyme notes. A floral mead with fresh acidity on the palate and a long finish.
