Christmas baubles filled with tasty Pickering's Gin. A great gift or interest point for your tree. Choose one bauble or a pack of six.
Pickering's Gin is based on an old Bombay recipe, handwritten on a fragment of paper dated 17 July 1947. Kept as a family secret for over 66 years, it only resurfaced in 2013 when we began distilling at Summerhall, right in the heart of Edinburgh.
By the time we launched in 2014 we had fine-tuned the recipe, perfecting its balance of botanicals and tweaking it to the contemporary palate. The result is a spectacularly smooth, refreshing and flavoursome gin.
Tasting notes: Fresh, light and bold flavours of citrus and juniper give way to intense warming spice of cardamom, coriander seed and clove.
Recommended serve: with ice, tonic and a slice of pink grapefruit.

Farewell to a colleague - online purchase
My colleague loves, among others, Hazy Ales. As his farewell gift I decided to buy, online, a selection of beers from the Beer Library.
Online purchasing was a breeze with the ability to select products by style with current stock levels and quantity of purchase options in some cases.
I was emailed that the collection of my dozen or so beers was available after only a couple of hours. All were chilled when collected.
