A blend of Grolleau Noir, Grolleau Gris, Gamay and Chenin this year - all sourced from Mosse's own vineyards and a couple of local organic growers too.
Carbonic maceration, light, fruity and spicy. Gently handled with just a 'bisou' (kiss) of colour to it.
This wine is chilled red perfection. Seriously.
