Many have told my story. But only one has distilled the essence of this place to make poems that run over your tongue. Tales of the harbour told in gin.
Named for the Hector's dolphins that swim off Akaroa, Hector's Gin comes in flavour profiles foraged from Banks Peninsula.
Pinot Noir from vines in French Peak Vineyard, Syrah, kelp, thyme, lavender and lemon myrtle gathered by local foragers are blended with classic botanicals to create a vibrant yet velvety smooth ruby red gin with notes of a fruit forward pinot noir. Bright, silky and elegant wiht a dash of spice.
Every bottle is a taste of Akaroa. Our gins are a true evocation of this beautiful part of Aotearoa.

Farewell to a colleague - online purchase
My colleague loves, among others, Hazy Ales. As his farewell gift I decided to buy, online, a selection of beers from the Beer Library.
Online purchasing was a breeze with the ability to select products by style with current stock levels and quantity of purchase options in some cases.
I was emailed that the collection of my dozen or so beers was available after only a couple of hours. All were chilled when collected.
