Citrus Sun is one of two IPAs using the same recipe, but with different final additions. One using citrus, one using vanilla. More than half a kilo of citrus zest was added at the end of fermentation for a fresh zing that complements the crisp, golden IPA base. The combination of hops gives flavours of lime zest, grapefruit, and an array of tropical fruit.
