Pouring the hazy, pale gold of late-winter sunsets, this is a delight of aroma and flavour thanks to one incredible hop variety: CITRA. We first created a dreamy, pillow-like foundation of malt and oats before a triple-dose of Citra: experimental YCH-702, Citra T90, and Citra Cyro. Layers of grapefruit, lime zest, nectarine and fresh passionfruit finish smooth and ripe.
