Light copper coloured beer, fermented with lager yeast. Cassels "Kiwi take" on a German style, dating back to the 1400's.
A malty, toasty palate with tones of toffee and caramel. Pacifica hops in the brew, late hopped with Motueka, and Wai-iti giving gentle citrus/stonefruit notes.
