Oud Bruin, the traditional brown ale of Flemish Belgium, is recreated and cared for by Dave Bell, Garage Project's Wild Workshop brewer. Maturation in wood with a mix of yeasts and Lactobacillus yields a beer rich in tart cherry, dried fruit, coffee and chocolate. Complex and profound, like Dave. Ask not for whom the Bell toils, he toils for thee.
