Brown’s Apple 4.9% abv
Made exclusively from Brown’s cider apples, one of our favourite in the orchard. To balance the Brown’s acidity, we kept a little of the cider’s natural sweetness by cooling it before our wild yeasts had finished feasting on the fruit sugars. The result is a lovely balance between sweetness and acidity, with oodles of fruit.
