A Champagne-like beer/wine hybrid fermented with white wine grapes from David Walker’s family vineyard. It exudes essences of both Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc, including racy tropical aromas with notes of honeysuckle and honeydew melon. Deliciously effervescent.
