Description
Our vision is to distill the finest botanical rum this world has ever tasted. Are we mad to imagine we can? Or would it be greater lunacy to assume we cannot?
To bring figment to fruition, we passionately craft a base of rich, pure single rum to be re-distilled using a highly unorthodox method of vapour infusion to capture the delightfully unique botanical flavours & aromatics.
The daring nature of this endeavour is not for the faint of heart, but a half-hearted effort is not a journey we would ever dream of.
We take our silver botanical rum and put it away to rest in ex-Bourbon barrels for a few months to coax a little magic from the wood. Some of the lighter, more ethereal aromas take a back seat as the spirit absorbs vanilla and caramel flavours from the charred American Oak as well as tannin to give body and structure.
Once the rum has become integrated and smooth, we bottle to present a complex, bold spirit that retains the original botanical character with a whole added extra dimension. We recommend enjoying this one neat or over ice.

Farewell to a colleague - online purchase
My colleague loves, among others, Hazy Ales. As his farewell gift I decided to buy, online, a selection of beers from the Beer Library.
Online purchasing was a breeze with the ability to select products by style with current stock levels and quantity of purchase options in some cases.
I was emailed that the collection of my dozen or so beers was available after only a couple of hours. All were chilled when collected.
