3-year-old white rum from Trinidad, this is distilled from molasses in Angostura's 5-column still and is aged in American oak bourbon barrels before being charcoal filtered to remove the colour of the oak.
Nose: Creamy and slightly herbaceous. Sugared almonds and citrus blossom.
Palate: Leafy mint, white pepper, blueberry and vibrant mango.
Finish: Medium length, with lasting lemon and lime sweetness.
