Motueka™ Hops are another newer variety released by the Institute for Plant and Food Research. Motueka offers moderate Alpha Acids (6-8%) and has a unique flavour and aroma of fresh tropical limes that can be incorporated into a number of styles. This refreshing and zesty character is perfectly suited for single-hopped IPAs, but also shines in Belgian styles like Saisons and Wits. Can also be used in thirst-quenching Pilsners and Lagers.
