Cider made in the family cidery from tree ripened heritage apples, infused with a light blend of NZ hops.
Hop gardens surround our orchard, and we celebrated this by creating a cider infused with local hops.
Medium-dry. Lightly hopped, with just enough hop to impart a citrus tang, while allowing the freshness of the underlying cider to dominate.
