We decided that the hop combo of Mosaic, Sabro and Citra would suit some mandarin flavours (taken from the peel of fresh season mandarins) brilliantly. So we brewed a session hazy IPA and dosed it with loads of mandarin zest to create a hoppy and fruity sensation. We all know that loose skin mandarins are the best so that's why we used them... Duh.
