Kiwi Xmas Kiwifruit Hazy IPA

This beer is a Beer Library exclusive brewed for the 2019 Beer Library Advent Calendar.

Citrus, pineapple, passion fruit, melon and stone fruit flavours are derived from late-addition hopping using michigan copper, rakau, citra and mosaic.  A tiny amount of lactose and heaps of oats and wheat are aged on kiwifruit to bring a delicate bitterness.  Juicy and luscious.  This New England style IPA is a summer Xmas stunner.
