Kriek literally means cherry. Diep means Deep. Diep Kriek is our expression of the traditional belgian lambic style beer fermented on NZ tart cherries. A riot of flavours with complex dusky and earthy notes enhancing and supporting the tart cherry flavour and colour from the fruit it is brewed with. Dry on the finish with notes of funky yeast.
