Saison Anise is a sustaining drink, strong and full-flavoured. Aged for two months in the bottle, it pours copper gold. Anise has a complex grain bill; using Canterbury pilsner malt and crystal malts from Gladfields.
Floral hop varieties, harmonise with candi sugar and certain spices, producing an elusive and enticing aroma. Our saison yeast envelops all into a drink that will beg another.

Unfiltered and unpasteurised in the tradiotional manner, for full flavour.
Serve at cellar temperature 10-12c in a goblet.
