Brewed with soft Waitakere water, NZ pilsner malt and Southern Cross and Motueka hops, then fermented with a classic German lager yeast, this pilsner offers firm bitterness up front, followed by the lemon/lime character of the hops, leading through to a refreshingly dry finish.
