Named after the bellringers of St-Mathew-in-the-city who were amongst the first of our regulars in 1995. A classic “best bitter” with a malt driven, fruity body and hints of caramel balanced by a hoppy/bitter finish.
Made with Maris Otter, Crystal and a smidge of roast malt, along with an assortment of Nobel English hops and good hard Burton water.
