The Cuvée Gastronome is a concept of the young vintage that is found in very few Champagne producers. It is a vintage in which we seek the expression, the complexity and the richness of a vintage but with the same freshness as our brut without year. Historically created for the restoration (for "the cut", but also to accompany a meal), this wine is elaborated in "small foam". That is to say that its foam is particularly fine so as not to disturb neither palate nor taste buds.
