Born out of our experimental Projects Program, Ginger Beer Cask returns and it’s ready to drink your way. For our sixth batched release our distillers took our Melbourne-made and juicy single malt whisky and finished it in casks that held our distillery brewed ginger beer. Loaded with ginger and citrus peel, it leads with fire and spice.
Aromatically you’re hit with dark chocolate and orange. The influence of both the Apera (fortified wine) and red wine barrel maturation shines through. We’ve been left with a truly unique expression of Ginger Beer Cask, unlike any that have gone before.
Sip yours straight and revel in the ginger intensity. Mull it over accompanied by some dark chocolate. Splash it over your ice cream. Or drink it any way you’d like.
