Craftwork
Craftwork Brewery is a collaborative brewing partnership between Michael O'Brien and Lee-Ann Scotti, founded on 15th March 2014. With a 50 litre Braumeister, we recognise that our capacity is ludicrously uneconomic, but they brew themselves, from grinding the malt by hand to bottling the finished product.
